OFFICE MANAGER/BOOKKEEPER

Part-time position - 8:30-2:30

Ideal candidate -

  • Friendly and welcoming

  • Detail oriented

  • Computer savvy and good with numbers

  • Familiar with Excel, Word (Adobe Acrobat a plus), Quickbooks or Quickbooks Online experience a plus

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Loves to learn and improve skills

  • Likes to do research to find answers to questions

  • Enjoys working independently

  • Quick learner but not afraid to ask questions when needed

  • Supports the goals of the company and professional staff
